Do you play an musical instrument? Are you good at a certain sport activity? Are you good at drawing or painting? We feel competent and confident while doing something we’re good at. Make a list of the things you know in your heart that you do well and every day spend sometime engaged in one of the activities on your list. Notice each day how better you feel.
3) RELFECT ON DAILY ON PAST AND PRESENT ACHIEVEMENTS

Set aside a few minutes each day to review your past and present achievements. You have done alot of great things! Yes even passing your driving test, passing an exam, running that half marathon and losing those pounds in weight for healthier living is all great achievements!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There will always be someone that can do something better than you. Just remember that there are things YOU CAN do better than them, too.
