TAKE CARE OF YOUR MENTAL HEALTH

To work on your own mental health is the first Tip I am gonna provide out of the 4 Tips to Master Yourself article.

Take time out for yourself. Take a week off and go hiking or, take a long train ride, take a long walk, go out with friends, go for a night out with your partner etc

Surround yourself with people that you love, encourage you, support you, care about you and make you laugh.

This is the group of people that can move you on.

Take a moment everyday to write three things you are grateful for in your life. This can be your mantra. This can be your daily affirmation. This can be your way of communicating to the world  what you are thankful for..

STOP OVERTHINKING EVERYTHING

I have tendency to overthink things as it helps me discover possible solutions but also starts me thinking and questioning myself.

Rather than thinking about how to do things, how to improve things, how to eliminate weaknesses I think about things I don’t like in myself or in my environment and ask myself, “what can I do to change that?”

The more you do this the more you will discover that you have been worrying about nothing and will start to let go of those old feelings and get used to things.

You can break down every task in life into one clear step and think about what you need to do in the next few hours, the next few days or even the next few weeks.

Once you have got that all worked out, then it is time to take the next step.

STOP BEING AFRAID

During our life on planet earth everyone including me, has been afraid at some point or another. For example, maybe you are afraid of giving an opinion in a discussion, or perhaps you are afraid of what people think about your hobby or job or maybe your afraid of something as ridiculous as trying a new food.

The only way you can overcome these feelings of fear is to face them. “Fear fades when stood up to”. Find out what you really want and don’t be scared to go after it.

BE CONFIDENT. ACT CONFIDENT

The most important skill you need to master out of the 4 Tips to Master Yourself article is being confident. It will improve your confidence to the point where you don’t worry at all what people say or think about you.

I don’t mean appear cocky. I mean appear confident and secure about yourself. It will make you visible and distinguishable.

Lastly, learning to master yourself is a challenge but well worth it in the end. Apply this above 4 tips and you will be on our way to mastering yourself to success.

3 Tips to Master Yourself

In my following article of 3 Tips to Master Yourself.  I will be providing you with some effective steps you can take to master yourself for success to achieve any your desired goals.

DON’T LET YOUR EMOTIONS CONTROL YOU.

Self-control is an essential ingredient to becoming successful. It is also the first Tip of the 3 Tips to Master Yourself I am going to give you. But let’s face it: even the greatest psychologists struggle to consistently keep emotions from controlling you. It’s no different of you, no matter how successful you are. So before you attempt to build your new habits or initiate any ambitious changes, make sure you give yourself permission to experience some discomfort. Take one step forward.

I would also like to add, Fear is the enemy of success. Making important changes can make you feel afraid and overwhelmed. Think about the commitments you have to complete, your projects and the needs of your family and friends. Think about the content you’ll be asked to write for your blog or webite, or a speech you have to prepare for a work presentation. A job interview you have to go for. Suddenly, you start to panic.

When I want to start a new project, I know I have to jump out of my comfort zone and do it.

However, at first I am afraid and afraid of will happen to life if I fail to succeed. The easiest thing to do is to avoid the whole issue.

No matter how much you want to avoid an issue, you are never going to be able to do it.

So the best way to deal with this is to take a few long deep breathes and then, take that step forward needed.

STOP SAYING YES TO EVERTHING

I used to be that person that who would try to do it all and try to do it all well

When it come to you. You must remember that you don’t have to prove your worth by what you do, or say, or give away. Instead take pride in the things you’re good at and master.

Everyone has an innate talent or skill they are proud of but some feel the need that they always have to make up a fake version of it in order to impress others to get praise.

So stop “fake it till you make it”.

The truth is no one really cares about your accomplishments but you. If you don’t take the time to master the things you are good at, then no one will be around to appreciate you hard work.

STOP BEING LAZY.

Lazy people think they know what they are doing but their efforts are just results of doing very little. They have tons of ideas and do not do anything.

People with the golden spoon in their mouth can do everything but lazy people are those who can’t find their own way.

You’ve never done something you couldn’t do perfectly. The moment you realize that you can’t do something, then you are aware of the need to put more effort in yourself.

Be success but not to please others

Success is about who you are and not what you have. Success is about making your dreams come true but not about what others think about you.

if you succeed because you think others will praise you for it, then you’ll never be truely happy.

How to change your life for success by changing your thoughts

All this started with making participation a priority.

Monitor your believing. Outcomes are brought by ideas. If you spend the majority of your time believing thoughts that are worrisome, how do you’ve get a lifestyle experience?

Analyze your existing beliefs. Are you sure the things you think are accurate? Are you pursuing your goals positively? 

Everybody has restricting beliefs. Which are yours? You are not working efficiently, if your application is faulty. Changes in behaviour are caused by internal changes. Your behaviour can be shifted Whenever your ideas and beliefs vary. Take a look at the example below on how to change your life for success by changing your thoughts.

Look at just how difficult it is to lose weight or to quit smoking. It won’t be easy but any achievement would encourage you to keep trying. Take one day at a time. 

Suppose you choose that helping others is significant. You may begin volunteering. As you are volunteering, you find out new things and meet people.

Look at your behavior for hints regarding your internal world. What should you be thinking to be acting how you do?

Not just could you get it done, you would do it. The difference was made by a shift in outlook.

The very first step would be making the big decision about the kind of life you would prefer. Many folks never make conclusions. Vagueness will not work. Be specific. Altering your behaviour is the only way. But, behaviour that has to change is challenging.

Internal changes may be hard, but they’re under your control. Your behaviour will change. As your behaviour varies, your world will change. Try it! You will appreciate the results.

You do not have to be made to create internal changes. You may choose to modify your outlook and your beliefs to something different.

Whilst our behaviour is difficult to alter, with sheer willpower, it may be changed immediately with a shift in outlook.

Think about these thoughts:

Imagine what you can accomplish by creating a couple of internal alterations!

Every time you end up having a negative idea, turn it into something positive.

Assess each belief you’ve got and determine if it’s motivating you or holding you back?

Internal alteration affects  your habits. Your habits will change If you change your thoughts and beliefs. Your outcomes have been changed, If the things you do are changed.

Imagine the life that you would like to contribute to. Spend some time every day imagining yourself. You are going to begin to create changes in your life, if this kind of life starts to feel normal for you.

If you would like to experience external fluctuations in your life, begin with making internal changes.

For example:  you might find it impossible to shed weight under ordinary conditions. But assume your child had a kidney transplant to live, and you’re the contributor. Till you lose 50 lbs, the physician will not perform the surgery. Do you feel that can do it? Of course you will.   3. Enhance your appearance. Get a new haircut or enhance your wardrode. You could even just wear nicer clothes that you already own. Spend more time on your grooming each morning is another idea.
  4. Engage in positive self-talk about yourself. Tell yourself how great you are. Talk to yourself about your greatest accomplishments. Tell yourself that you’re the most capable person you’ve ever known. Make a list of 25 things you can say to yourself throughout the day. Positive affirmations are a good idea. Make a list of the things you know in your heart that you do well and every day spend sometime engaged in one of the activities on your list. Notice each day how better you feel.

3) RELFECT ON DAILY ON PAST AND PRESENT ACHIEVEMENTS

Set aside a few minutes each day to review your past and present achievements. You have done alot of great things! Yes even passing your driving test, passing an exam, running that half marathon and losing those pounds in weight for healthier living is all great achievements!!!!!!!!!!!!!

4) AVOID COMPARING YOURSELF TO OTHERS

There will always be someone that can do something better than you. Just remember that there are things YOU CAN do better than them, too.
